Refund Request Window: All requests for cancellation and refund must be sent via email within 24 hours of the purchase time.

Refund Criteria:

  • Full Refund: A full refund will only be processed if the request is made within the 24-hour window AND the user has not accessed, logged into, or viewed any part of the course content or materials on the platform.
  • No Refund: Once a user has accessed, viewed, downloaded, or logged into the course content, the sale is considered final, and no refund will be provided.
